Lacey Andreotta, DDS, IBCLC

Dr. Lacey Andreotta, DDS, IBCLC grew up outside Baton Rouge, in Denham Springs, LA. She attended Louisiana State University for both her undergraduate and dental degrees and spent two additional years of graduate studies at Illinois State University. Beyond the requirements of dental school, our Marrero dentist completed advanced training in dental forensics, endodontic training (root canals), and dentures. She also volunteered countless hours in the oral surgery departments at LSU’s Interim Hospital and Leonard J. Chabert Hospital in Houma.

Dr. Andreotta is also American Red Cross certified in Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. During her extensive academic training, she was involved in community service projects, such as Give Kids a Smile, NFL Play 60 with the New Orleans Saints, and Habitat for Humanity. Since dental school she has continued community service through her church, Westpoint Church, Dental Lifeline Network providing low income residents with free dental care, and Smiles for Vets providing an entire day of free dental care to local veterans in the community.

Before moving to Gretna to take over ownership of Southern Dental Care, Dr. Andreotta practiced dentistry at successful practices in the Northshore and Westbank areas. She and her husband, Rick, enjoy spending leisure time with their son, Tucker, and daughter, Addie Lynn, frequent visitors to the office.  As loyal Tigers and Saints fans, they also love tailgating with friends and family during football season.
